0:09:03 For that person, if all I do is say,
0:09:05 hey, I want you to eat your fruits and vegetables
0:09:07 from a regenerative farm.
0:09:11 Now, okay, we’re adding some minerals back in.
0:09:13 So we’re starting to get some of the nutrients
0:09:15 that person was supposed to be getting,
0:09:16 but was actually getting those,
0:09:20 all those toxins were depleting that person’s system.
0:09:22 So we start to get them eating fruits and vegetables
0:09:23 from a regenerative farm.
0:09:25 Now they’re getting the nutrients they need
0:09:29 that aren’t being, that are being depleted by these chemicals.
0:09:32 Okay, so that’s why in that context,
0:09:37 just eating good, healthy fruits and vegetables is important.
0:09:40 But what if we put them in a fasted state?
0:09:42 Let’s take that person one step further.
0:09:44 They’re metabolically challenged.
0:09:47 They’re full of toxins.
0:09:49 Let’s put that each day.
0:09:53 Let’s start to tack on a fasting window.
0:09:54 In that fasting window,
0:09:56 we’re starting to see glucose come down.
0:10:00 We’re starting to see the body repair and heal itself.
0:10:03 Okay, now when they open up their eating window,
0:10:05 we can have them add in minerals.
0:10:07 So we can have them added in,
0:10:10 or they can still eat more fruits and vegetables
0:10:11 from regenerative farms,
0:10:13 but they have to prioritize minerals.
0:10:14 In our community,
0:10:17 we actually will have people add in minerals
0:10:18 in the fasted window.
0:10:20 Like take a mineral supplement,
0:10:22 take an electrolyte supplement,
0:10:23 put it in your fasting window
0:10:25 so you’re adding that support in.
0:10:26 – And when you say minerals,
0:10:28 what exactly are you referring to?
0:10:29 – Well, there’s a lot of different ones, right?
0:10:31 So magnesium, zinc, selenium.
0:10:32 – Okay.
0:10:34 – Those are the biggies.
0:10:36 – Okay, and it’s expensive.
0:10:37 So can I just supplement it?
0:10:38 – Right.
0:10:39 – ‘Cause that’s cheaper.
0:10:40 – Right.
0:10:42 – The reason I like the fasting window
0:10:44 is because we’re changing the metabolic system.
0:10:48 And now we go into the eating window.
0:10:51 Let’s just at least start with fruits and vegetables
0:10:52 coming from regenerative farms
0:10:54 if you don’t want to spend money on supplements.
0:10:57 If you have the resources to spend money on supplements,
0:10:59 go ahead and do that.
