Nutrition Score Explanation
The nutrition score is calculated by summing the values of selected nutrients:
- Thumbs up nutrients add their value to the score (positive impact)
- Thumbs down nutrients subtract their value from the score (negative impact)
The higher the score, the more nutritionally beneficial the product is according to your selected preferences.
Units are normalized to ensure fair comparison.
